these are the measurements that satisfy my liking when I make matcha💚: -2 teaspoons of matcha powder -60ml hot water (not boiling) -2 & 1/2 teaspoons of sugar (or honey but I use brown sugar) -160ml milk (any milk should be fine but I always use whole milk as that’s what’s available at home all the time) -and lastly ice! How I make it?: Step 1: add 2 teaspoons of matcha powder into 60ml hot water Step 2: add 2 & 1/2 teaspoons of sugar/honey into 60ml hot water Step 3: Use a frother to combine all the ingredients (very important: make sure that all the matcha powder is fully dissolved!) Step 4: add ice to your cup Step 5: add 160ml milk (Optional) Step 6: add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence! (this is a whole game changer for me! It enhances the taste so much!)

Umm just gonna say you lose health benefits form hot water so I always mix w cold and as long as you make a super potent 1/4 cup of water w matcha you shouldn’t get clumps then I add the rest water❤❤❤❤

Hi there, can I check and clarify, for the chasen (bamboo matcha whisk), how many bristles does it have? From many websites that I have checked they mentioned that for Koicha (Thick Matcha), they mentioned that Koicha requires Chasen with thicker bristles with around 80 bristles, because if a chasen with 100 bristles, there is a risk of breakage due the 100 bristles being thinner than 80 bristles. I love blue matcha but you have videos of spirulina which is an algae in this video. The blue matcha is the blue/indigo powder that comes from the flower (tastes better than the algae IMO and has some better health properties from what I have discovered. When I toured asia I had this stuff everywhere (Even the rice is blue LOL) it is very good and a big part of cultural tradition. There are some good brands that sell in the United States though, I recommend Ancient Choice if you like premium blue matcha butterfly pea and Incas if you you just care about color and less about the total benefits
